Diet tips and tricks #2: Read Sports Illustrated during dinner

One of DG’s roommates has the Sports Illustrated 50 year anniversary book. I looked through the entire thing before and during dinner tonight, which consisted of kale and beans, scrambled eggs and a red cabbage grape salad.

Having just returned from Miami, I felt it was appropriate to continue looking at attractive girls in bikinis, as if I were still there, and as inspiration (PRESSURE) to stick with my wedding season diet.

Don’t worry if you don’t have the book. Any magazine will do, really.
