Tiny tips #1: Breakfast, over easy

Next time you want breakfast on the go, have your eggs and cereal but skip the milk.

Lately I’ve been making fried eggs over medium or easy and topping it off with granola or cereal. It might sound gross, but the combination of sweet and savory, as well as the mix of soft and hard textures make this a tasty and quick meal. It’s a great option for people who can’t drink milk (like me because it creates a lot of mucus in my sinus) or for people who don’t want to or can’t travel with milk. This is also a super healthy way to get your protein in for the morning and to limit the carb and sugar intake. Try it out and let me know what you think!
